To ensure order fulfillment, please provide at least fourteen days’ notice for all services.
Orders requested within fourteen days are not guaranteed.

Absolutely! Our ideal client understands the importance of creating a harmonious ambience and we want to help you achieve it. Using our expertise, we partner with you to ensure your custom floral arrangement fits right in.

We will require a minimum deposit of $50 for all services. Full payment will be discussed and paid for at a later date.
Payment of your deposit can be done by booking your desired date of delivery through our booking system.
If you are unsure about your desired date of delivery, don’t worry! You can request to change this to a later date once you’ve figured it out. Please note, we kindly ask for at least 14 days’ notice before your new desired delivery date. Orders requested with less than 14 days notice are not guaranteed and may not be fulfilled. -
Each order is unique! Therefore the cost will vary.
The cost of your order/purchase depends on the personalized choices you make for your custom floral arrangements. So basically, the cost is up to you! Most requests will cost upwards of $50 which is why we require a minimum deposit of $50 on all orders.The total price will be determined during the consultation. Clients can choose to pay 50% or the full amount following the consultation. Full payment is required before the delivery date.

Of course! You can request a refund on your deposit if you change your mind or if we are unable to meet your requirements.
However, once you have approved your order upon your consultation, you forfeit your deposit which becomes non-refundable and will be used toward the total cost of your purchase. Refunds will not be issued on all transactions for any changes or cancellations requested within 14 days of the delivery date. -
