Absolutely! Our ideal client understands the importance of creating a harmonious ambience and we want to help you achieve it. Using our expertise, we partner with you to ensure your custom floral arrangement fits right in.

What flowers do you have, do you offer exotic flowers?
A whole array of flowers and foliage! We use a variety of plants to create your custom arrangement.
Yes, we do offer exotic flowers, but we won’t have every type of flower under the sun. Our offerings include in-season flowers and foliage of different species, colours, shapes, and sizes, sourced from trusted Canadian growers. -
Do you offer fresh cut flowers/bouquets?
We offer tailored subscription services including fresh cut floral arrangements and bouquets available for businesses and commercial spaces under our Advanced Service. We do not offer single orders of fresh cut flowers/bouquets at this moment.

How do I place my order/purchase?
We will require a minimum deposit of $50 for all services. Full payment will be discussed and paid for at a later date.
Payment of your deposit can be done by booking your desired date of delivery through our booking system.
If you are unsure about your desired date of delivery, don’t worry! You can request to change this to a later date once you’ve figured it out. Please note, we kindly ask for 14 days’ notice before your new desired delivery date. Orders requested within less than 14 days’ notice are not guaranteed and may not be fulfilled. -
How much does my order/purchase cost?
Each order is unique! Therefore the cost will vary.
The cost of your order/purchase depends on the personalized choices you make for your custom floral arrangements. So basically, the cost is up to you! Most requests will cost upwards of $50 which is why we require a minimum deposit of $50 on all orders.
The total price will be determined during the consultation. Clients can choose to pay 50% or the full amount following the consultation. Full payment is required before the delivery date. -
Can I request a refund?
Of course! You can request a refund on your deposit if you change your mind or if we are unable to meet your requirements.
However, once you have approved your order upon your consultation, you forfeit your deposit which becomes non-refundable and will be used toward the total cost of your purchase. Refunds will not be issued on all transactions for any changes or cancellations requested within 14 days of the delivery date. -
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery across the Greater Toronto Area.
If you are purchasing from our Basic or Intermediate Services, price of delivery will vary depending on your desired drop-off time/location.
Delivery is free with the purchase of our Advanced Service. -
How long does an order usually take?
Each order will require a different amount of time to process.
We ask for a 14 days’ notice on all orders to ensure we can fulfill your requests. Orders made within 14 days are not guaranteed and may not be fulfilled unless agreed upon during your consultation. -
How long will my flowers last for?
Unlike a fresh cut arrangement, your custom floral arrangement remains rooted in soil - therefore it is still growing! With the right amount of nurturing, expect your flowers to last all season long.

Do you offer same day delivery?
We ask for 14 days’ notice on all orders to ensure we can fulfill your requests. We do not offer same day delivery unless this is discussed and approved. :-)

Do you provide arrangements for events?
Yes! We are available for events, weddings, installations, and more. Please reach out to us about your inquiry.

Where are you located, can I come visit your studio?
We are currently located in Etobicoke. Our studio is not open to the public at this time, as we are currently operating solely as an e-commerce business.

How should I care for my flowers, how do I keep them fresh?
Regular scheduled watering, pruning, and trimming is needed to keep your arrangement healthy and fresh.
We recommend watering at least once every day ensuring the soil stays moist but not soggy. This will vary on hotter days. Pruning and trimming is also recommended and encouraged to see new buds. For best results, water your arrangement with a balanced fertilizer every few weeks, and check for pests or diseases to address them quickly!

What if my flowers wilt?
If a section of your custom arrangement has wilted a few days after delivery, it may mean the roots have been shocked and have not adjusted to its new soil. We will replace any wilted flower within 14 days of your delivery date.
If your flowers wilt 30 days past your delivery date, this may be due to improper care. You can contact us to receive more info. -
Can I use my own pot for my custom floral arrangement?
Yes, if you are interested in using your own pots, we will require the exact measurements to make sure we use the correct sized pot insert for your custom floral arrangement. If you would prefer the arrangement to go straight into the pot, we can arrange to pickup your pot(s). Pickup charge will be applied.
